to get more masterballs first you must have all the regi's if u havent look on guides and cheats to find were they are once you've caught all the regi's train them p to 100 and go to lilycove mall and talk to the girl make sure all the reg"S are in your party at the time she will give you 99 masterballs enjoy!

However, you need to have the national pokedx to open pal park, so that you can transfer the Pokemon over holding the master ball. Or trade on over from diamond.
