there are a lot of homelite machines out there weed eater chainsaws you didnt tell us what it is but i can tell you the best thing to do is go to your nearest dealer tell them what it is they can get you a plug.you can also call to save on costly gas.

Hi, Homelite bought them some years ago. Then John Deere bought them. First identify the engine manufacturer(if engine parts needed) or other parts if not engine. Suggest you physically take it to a good dealer to see if they will identify it for you. Either Homelite or Mitsubishi probably, bu old one were Xenoah (now RedMax.)
40 parts gas to 1 part oil.
There are probably lots of them, use a string to measure around the pulleys and an auto parts store should be able to get you a correct size belt. A lawn mower repair shop might have a cross reference manual also.
