You may want to start with Daisy, See the link below, See if they will send you a schematic drawing. I've heard that these are one of the hardest air rifles to repair. You could also search the web for "air gun repair." There are independent shops that make a living repairing older air guns.

Daisy likes the Name "Buffalo Bill' they used it on the: model 3030 western Carbine Buffalo Bill scout 1969-73 model 1894 Buffalo Bill 150th Anniversary 1996 model 1938 "Land of Buffalo Bill' Red Ryder model. 1977 model 1938 B Buffalo Bill 1980-1985. Daisy also likes to use LOT numbers instead of serial numbers, because they crank out so many different versions of the Red Ryder. pick up a chiltons repair manual at the library for your model car.
You can possibly order or get the repair manual for the truck at a Toyota dealer's. You can also get wiring schematics from repair manuals sold in bookstores, such as the Chilton's series. Several companies offer manuals with wiring schematics online, you will find this by searching the keywords "repair manual" with the name and model of the truck.
This model was made by Daisy Air gun it's a model 1894. I suggest you do a search on the web for air gun repair ( there are several people who repair airguns.) locate one who repairs Daisy and send it to them.

Check the model number. If it starts with 799. it was made by Daisy. If it starts with 126. it was made by Crosman. If it is a Crosman (126.) model then Crosman offers a locater service (Free) to locate repair shops that repair older Crosman airguns. I've gone through several air gun catalogues and have been unable to locate a Daisy model 170 bb gun that has ever been made. I did find a Daisy BB gun model 5170 and a BB rifle model 1170 along with a BB rifle model 107 but "NO" model 170. However I suggest you search the web for "Daisy Air gun Repair" or "Air gun repair" and locate someone near you who can help you.
