You can't because it is illegal to own an exotic animal. You have two options buy it off the black market and risk years in prison and a large fine, or support one by "adopting" one which is pretty much just helping pay for its living costs. but you can adopt one at meijer's.
You cannot buy a panda. China owns all of the pandas and even the zoos around the world have them on loan. Any babies born outside of China are the property of China. Also, these are not pets, it would be unwise to own such a very dangerous animal.
