Sierra-online (as it was known prior to the 21st century and being bought out over and over again), and later Sierra, existed only in technicality for years- as of now, it no longer exists at all. It was owned by Vivendi, which merged with Activision, and so now exists only in terms of Activision owning the rights. Activision closed it down for future sale according to Wikipedia. Hence the only support you can get for Sierra games will be from forums of other users. If you mean older Sierra games, or "classic Sierra games", then there is a HUGE community out there, including the game designers themselves who often host their own little web sites and freely chat with their fans. Finding a Sierra games forum and asking other users is no longer your best option: it is, to my knowledge, your only option.

Sierra Online was bought by Vivendi Universal Gaming (VUG), who then took down the servers for the Sierra Online games. VUG was then purchased by Activision, who took down further servers and support for VUG products. Additionally, Starsiege products have changed owner's hands twice more since Activision bought VUG. Starsiege products are thus 4 times removed from their original company ownership and internet support, and you have to use custom servers to play the games online.
