For most engines there is no need to change the crankshaft to use an engine for an automatic or a manual transmission. For an automatic, connect a flex-plate to the crankshaft. For a manual transmission connect a flywheel.
There is a crank in the trunk stored with the jack for this purpose.
Find a Star Tip Bit screwdriver and remove the 6 screws from under the sunroof, carefully removing the glass. Then just replace the tracks back to it's place. Finally, carefully replace the glass and screws.

In the back seat look up and by the back window you will see a small panel where you can take out and there should be a crank in there to manually close the sunroof.
