Free legal advice is available through online services such as Legal Aid, World Law Direct and Free Advice. The Yellow pages is another good resource for finding free legal advice, with many law offices having a 24 hour question line.
I would be very cautious when it comes to free financial advice. However, if you have a financial institution with whom you have a loan, bank account or other financial dealings, I would go to them for advice. They are someone who would have something to loose if they have out poor financial advice.

I would advice you to go for the state department of labors process which is shorter than anything and wont cost you any thing instead of looking for free and good layers who are not possible to get.
www.expertlaw.com, www.freeadvice.com, these sites provide free law advice, depending of what kind of legal advice you want, hope you get all the advice you need, good luck.
Well you can get advice from thestreet.com and winninginvesting.com but remember that the stock market is difficult to predict and free advice may not always be the best way to go.
There isn't any good sites that gives good advice. The best advice is to get the information in person from a good person that you know and trust. You can go into a chat room or Facebook but they aren't good sites for advice.
I would go to http://www.startupnation.com/ they have free advise and lots of it. They have 10 steps to opening a business. Good luck with your new business!
You can go online to find good stock advice, or you can always look in the newspaper for a good stock market and receive information and advice about good stock advice through them. "Yes, some law firms do give free bankruptcy advice. They do that because they know you have no money to spend on hiring them to give you this kind of advice. Also, if they give you free advice you might go back to them to help you with filing for bankruptcy."
