Nowhere that you would want a piercing from. Any piercing being offered for $10 is not being done in a studio by a reputable piercer. Tongue piercings are something you want to be particularly careful about due to the proximity of veins and the possibility of infection. Save your ten dollars until you have the $40-$60 that your local studio wants to charge you.

Your tongue will have a looped clamp put on it to hold your tongue in place, and a piercing needle will be put through your tongue near the middle and a small tongue bar will be inserted closely following the needle.

This is normal and just part of the healing phase for your tongue piercing, this will go away in a few days.

If the lisp is a result of the piercing then Yes it will go away. If you have the lisp prior to the piercing then No it will not go away and might make it worse
