There is no one place to go. You will have to locate local riding stables in your area and see if they will be willing to exchange stable chores for riding time. But remember a riding stable is still a business and the owners do need to make money, so don't take offense if they say no to the exchange.
hyde park stables :)
A girl can get many horse jobs. I reccommend you go to your local stables and ask if you can help out there.
You can help out at stables at the age of 13 but it depends what stable you go to, you can work at stables at the age of 16. When I rode my horse in the race I was about 23 years old.
You need to buy it in your office {the computer} then go to your stable walk past the two first stables and go down to build it :)
For help with achievements and riding levels on Howrse, I'd go to http://canidae97.webs.comThere are riding level answers and achievement help there.
i would go to the auctiosn first...then ask around some local stables
Go ask them.

Visit the Equestrian Center of jaime1, Figure Stables, go to the forum, and there you will find the answers to every riding level.
It all depends on the stable. If you could specify the stable I could tell you. Often you can request horses, and at some stables you ride the same horse for every lesson. But if your riding that horse disrupts it's regular schedule, you probably shouldn't ride it. Horses are used to regular routines, and like to stick with them. However, if that horse is in it's stall and ready to be ridden, I don't see any reason why you shouldn't be allowed to ride him/her.
Step 1 talk to Mr horsey and he will tell you about the plant. Step 2 Go to the jungle look up you will see the fruit that he needs. Step 3 talk to Mr horsey again he tells you that you have managed to get the horse. Step 4 Click the horse to ride around panfu when you have finished riding go to the stables where the horse was!
Well you could get a job as a stable hand at your local stables or you could help muck out stalls or ask a stable if they need help exercising the horses or go to a trail riding centre and help out there
