Radishes are best stored in the vegetable compartment of a refrigerator. Remove the greens and store separately. Keep the radishes in a plastic bag so they don't dry out. They can be good for up to 7 days. See Related Links.

room temperature is the best, hot water seems to kill it fast and cold water makes it grow very slowly. We did an project on it in my 7th grade science class. After three days, the room temperature grew many centimeters. Good Luck!

Oh, this veggie is one of the favorites because radishes are very easy to grow. Start planting seeds in early spring. You can continue planting seeds during summer as long as you keep them watered during hot weather. If you live in very hot weather you can protect them with a partial garden shade material from your garden center.
