The massage lady is found on the house next to the Gym in Veilstone City. It's the first house closest to it. and! You need to defeat the E4, get to the Resort Area by going to Snowpoint and asking the guy next to the boat to take you to the Battle Tower area. Get through all the cutscene stuff and go about in the route 225-226 and through the desert area to reach the Resort area. One of your Pokemon needs to have 10 ribbons or more to enter in there. You can buy ribbons and go up to the second floor to get your first Pokemon in your party massaged. Basically you can have two massages in one day. :3 It's best if you get the Pokemon you want Massaged at around 11:57 pm your time, so when it turns 12 in the morning, you can get them massaged again~
