If you mean the opening theme music then Aw, Here it Goes by Coolio.
It's the theme music to the film "Who Dares Wins", a film released in the early 1980s starring Lewis Collins from the TV show "The Professionals". It's about an SAS soldier who goes undercover to infiltrate a group of terrorists planning an attack on the U.S. Embassy in London. The opening titles with the music can be seen here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CpJ_7lTeWUI And the music can also be heard during the SAS raid segment in the film here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vUDe6saJFmM

Going on memory here: I believe it is music from Karl Orff's Carmina Burana, and specifically the famous portion called "O Fortuna," which is certifiably scary music.
