it isn't stolen, it just disapears to reduce lag. you can put it in front of the safe houses in the yellow box that says "member parking only". if you park it their it will be garaged basically. you can hold 2, but if you hold 3, the first 2 will vanish 50% of the time, so i'd just have 2 at a time.
