The FBI WILL investigate internet fraud through IC3. I have a friend who works there and I'm filing a complaint against this company. They will if the initial investigation by the ICCC shows cause that another agency should intervene. Hence my comment " do not directly investigate".
To charge someone with larceny by check, a person must go to the District Attorney's office and file a formal complaint against the larcenist.
