Often, snake species that do not consume rodents will consume a few things, rather than a single food source.
Find out your species for sure and see what other things they eat, as some of their preferred food can be easier to acquire than others.

All snakes are carnivorous you do not get a vegetarian snake. The closest you get would probably be a slug eater (terrible snake I think) that like its name suggest eats slugs. However a slug is still flesh.
