Manga Here appears to have the scanlations for the doujinshi Dragon Ball DJ - AF. The status by the scanlation team is online going.
It doesn't exist because AF is a joke created by Akira Toriyama. AF stands for April Fools.

It is not legal to watch licensed shows on most YouTube channels, or manga fan sites like MangaFox. However, DragonBall Z Kai is legally available on NickToons. http://nicktoons.nick.com/videos/dragon-ball-z-kai-videos/

Untranslated manga. It probably refers to the Japanese manga in its original Japanese language. The same would apply for raw anime videos.

Dragonball originally started off as a manga and then it was made into the Anime later on. DragonBall Z followed the same footsteps - Manga first, then Anime second.
Dragonball Zeron is the manga sequel which is after the anime Dragonball GT. From the evidence I have seen it relates to the Japanese fan manga Dragonball AF. But there are a lot of differences. The only villians that are common in Dragonball AF and Dragonball Zeron are Xicor and Zeel. People talk about the Dragonball Zeron Manga which is going to be released in 2020.
As of 2013, there is no such official transformation of Super Saiyan 5 from the DragonBall franchise or any other anime. Unofficially, there are references of Super Saiyan 5 in the DragonBall AF manga. However, this is just a fan manga aka dôjinshi (fan-made comic) by Toyble Well and not by the series creator, Akira Toriyama.
Actually, the Dragonball manga includes Dragonball Z. The anime is called Dragonball Z to prevent confusion. There is a total of 42 volumes of the Dragonball manga, consisting of 519 chapters, which , altogether, are 9,000 pages.

Dragon Ball was in Shonen Jump already. They took it out for other Manga.
The manga started around 1984-5ish
Yes there is. The anime is on tv on danish and you can buy the manga on danish.
There is no such thing as Dragonball AF. The Manga starts with DB, followed by DBZ and it ends with DBGT. As far as I know, DBAF is just a Fanproduction...
