Oh god you are so stupid. NO! watch any of the moon landing videos and you wont see a single rope. The moon has sufficient gravity to hold down a person.
No, the moon was a a waxing crescent, nearly a waxing half moon. The new moon in July, 1969, occured on the 14th, the full moon on the 28th, so the A-11 landing was right between them. (see link below for moon phase calendar)
If you are referring to the first moon landing by Apollo 11, you see Neil Armstrong first followed by Buzz Aldrin.
No you can not see the moon landing sites with your naked eye from earth.
When there is a full Moon, the Moon is on the opposite side of the Earth to the Sun, and the Sun's rays reflect off the moon and back to Earth. So we have SUN >>> EARTH >>> MOON. At this time, the side of the Moon facing the Earth is in full sunlight, and the Sun is very high in the sky as seen from the Apollo landing sites. This means that shadows on the Moon are very short at this time, which would have made it more difficult for astronauts to see detail on the surface, especially during the landing. So in fact the landing took place whilst it was "morning" on the Moon, so that the Sun was lower in the sky and shadows would make the surface detail stand out more.
The full moon comes once a month so you see full moon twelve times a year!
You can see the moon when it is not full. The sun lights up part of the moon, but if you look carefully when the moon is not full, you can see the darker parts. This is easier when only a small part of the moon appears to be lit, as a brighter moon glares out the darker part making it harder to see.
Not necessarily. Think about it... if you can see a full moon in the middle of the night, then someone on the moon would be able to see your part of the earth.... which would be in darkness.
Well, the moon is a sphere, and if it is a full moon you are really only seing half of it. so technically you are seeing 50% of the moon
Full Moon...When The Side Of The Moon We See Is Fully Lit.
You can see a full moon from anywhere on Earth.
Moon landing is the reaching to the surface of a moon in a spacecraft that may be human-driven or robotic. For humans the Moon is a natural satellite that is in orbit around the Earth, though any natural satellite of any planet is a moon, so to say moon landing is any act of arriving on the surface of a moon.
