I searched one of the online colleges/universities directory, which only lists accredited schools, and found out three schools that offer writing degree program; Southern New Hampshire University, Ashworth Career School, Penn Foster Career School. If you don't care about the degree, you can also search the term " technical writing" and found a botch of courses, then you can just take one or two courses that you are interested in.
