But replacing the screen is very hardactually, those are good ideas. here's another way to fix it. this is also the way i fixed my ds. you can go on to www.nintendo.com and you are able to ship your ds and have it fixed in about a week. but you might have to pay about 50 bucks or more... :(but they will also get rid of scratches. ;)

I doubt that such a procedure could take place. The DS Lite screen is a different size to the original DS and therefore (despite all the other complications) would make this impossible.
