I know a website that I've been using for years and its called WatchSeries. It has every single TV show on it free to watch, when you click on an episode you want to watch it gives you loads of links to places to watch them, its awesome!
If you have netflix you could get it from that by ordering it then they mail to your place. I am a huge fan of doctor who iv seen it all!
The sad truth is, no... The BBC iplayer is region locked to the UK, and that is the only legal way to watch that I know of online.
because, very unfortunately, it is easier to just put something to sleep instead of having to pay for medications, doctor visits, surgeries, etc.
