In Naruto, he's 13 and then in shippuuden he's 16
I don't believe Naruto Shippuuden will air on Disney. Cartoon Network has the licence for Naruto, and Disney is not known for picking up anime. The company in Japan that makes Naruto Shippuuden has begun releasing them online. You can watch them for free, legally, on Hulu.com
Naruto Shippuuden doesn't show on any channels outside Japan, you have to watch it on the internet.
Watch Naruto Shippuuden episodes 135-138 and see what they do, Itachi uses it then.
