Shugo Chara has yet to be licenced in the US, so there is no such thing as an English dub of Shugo Chara yet. You can, however, watch it in Japanese with English subtitles on Veoh, imeem, and YouTube. It is very hard to find on youtube though.

animax dub comes from a cast hired in india. please for the love of all anime do not watch any animax dub. it is a sorry excuse for a dub. if you must watch any dub official dub is the way to go. but my advice, watch the japanese version with english subs before you watch any dub, it is way better. hope this helped. :)
