The webkinz cheeky dog is a VERY rare webkinz, however; it is only 9.99 at a store called Evans, Evans has a WIDE variety of webkinz items, and they have super low prices on webkinz trading cards. I only payed 1.99 a pack for series 1,2,3 and 4 webkinz trading cards. Webkinz figures and body sprays, clothes, cariers and gift bags are also at a lower price. Evans is located in sheboygan falls, Wisconsin.
Okay, This is a different person now but i have a cheeky dog (brown) and i think that is the one you are looking for. I HIGHLY doubt there is a brown cheeky dog for 9.99 at any store in the world. They go for about $650 on eBay with a tag. I think the person who posted before me was talking about the black and white cheeky dog, another retired one. This one is not as rare and costs around $10 on eBay. Mine is brown and I have already taken the tag off of but i wish i didnt. There are currently no brown cheeky dogs on eBay without a tag so i have no idea what it would go for.
(dolphinlover) In theory, it is not that rare. Only 4 years ago waz it just a regular webkinz. But during that time, a lot of people didn't really like it since it was chubby and had a cheesy smile. Personally, I thought it was very cute, but I never got around to buying it. I own several webkinz including 2 retired ones (horse and lil penguin). But sorry buddy, i don't think u can get a cheeky dog at that price. Only a couple of years ago.

On webkinz you get wish tokens and good prizes if your webkinz is the pet of the month or else one of ur friends would rather email you a oken for the wish factory. Pretend i would use a elephant the elepant was the pet of the month for July. So anybody that had the elephant would get a wish token and some other great terrific prizes. For the cheeky monkey waas the pet of the month or June i think so then he would get a banana hamock. But guess what if you didn't know that if any webkinz you purchase will come with a secret code. So if you adopt your pet at the adaption centre with Ms.Birdy you would get a free token and 2 special prizes at all times. You would even get prizes if you had a new webkinz and anything else. So then everybody that buys a webkinz would always join this club because it is so much fun. I think there in total is 50 different kinds of webkinz. All webkinz are different in there own ways. Did you know that if you buy a webkinz you could put as many webkinz that you want on one account. yeah so if you buy a webkinz everybody that buys a webkinz would be really happy.
