try looking for a agent
Join some acting/drama classes, and hope for the best. Who knows - you could be chosen for the show!
I would say.... just audition for kid roles in plays that are known everywhere. Most Disney stars have multiple talents, like singing and dancing, acting and arts/drama. I wanna be on Disney channel as well but I'm to shy. You could even look for Disney managers and producers to let you audition for them personally.

So you like acting? So do I! But unfortunately there is not many acting auditions out there for 12 and 13 year olds. If you like acting you might want to make a video clip and add it on YouTube. Other than that, there is not many other ways that you could get an audition although you could get an agent that would find a audition for you.

You simply dont. You have to audition before you can become established enough that people can hear your work and think of you for a job. Even then, you still have to audition.
