Forums. In the forums there were various buildings for government and temples. Each Roman city had a forum where the population could come to go to court, do business, or to meet. The Roman's were very organized and had contestant laws and city designs that they developed for the empire. This included public baths, paved streets, water sources and fountains, malls, areas, organized games, and government centers.
