Their previous playhouse was the Curtain, built in Finsbury Fields, Shoreditch (northeast of London proper) in 1577. It was a block south of The Theatre, which had been their previous playhouse until it was closed in a legal wrangle with the landlord. The Lord Chamberlain's Men played the Curtain from 1595 to 1599, and it must have seen the premieres of many of Shakespeare's plays.
The Globe Theatre
Do you mean which play was first or which play was the best of all the Shakespeare plays which were performed at the Globe? If the latter, it is really just a matter of opinion. If the former, a lot of people think the first play to play at the Globe was Julius Caesar.

Mostly Ordinary Folk for a day out they would pay a peeny to sit on the floor seats but sometimes Elizbeathan Nobleman would go and play alot of money to sit high

The plays at the globe started around 2 o'clock. Villagers would have dinner and a pint of ale then would go, if the flag was flying. If it wasn't it meant the play was cancelled due to bad weather as the theatre had no roof.
The only thing controversial about the Globe Theatre or about Shakespeare for that matter is that the Earl of Essex, prior to his attempted coup d'etat in 1601, commissioned a performance of Shakespeare's play Richard II to be performed at the Globe by the Lord Chamberlain's Men. Essex thought it would encourage people to support his coup. It didn't.
