Spongebob was created by Stephen Hillenburg. Stephen attended art college, and decided to create a TV program (Spongebob). But the name he first came up with was already an existing product, so he called it Spongebob Squarepants. Spongebob is based on Stephen, actually, as apparently he himself worked as a fry cook at a seafood restaurant, and that's where he got the idea from. Hope I helped ;-D
Stephen Hillenburg is an American animator, director, writer, storyboard artist, voice actor, and marine biologist. He is best known for being the creator of the Nickelodeon series SpongeBob SquarePants.
Ok...1.He wanted to entertain kids 2.It's SEPHEN HILLENBURG who created Spongebob Squarepants™ And 3.Tom Kenny is the VOICE of Spongebob...
Tom Kenny didn't start it, Steven Hillenburg did. Steven Hillenburg had a strong interest in marine life, and it inspired him to create the show.
SpongeBob is voiced by veteran voice actor Tom Kenny. Kenny previously worked with Hillenburg on Rocko's Modern Life, and when Hillenburg created SpongeBob SquarePants, he approached Kenny to voice the character.[13] Hillenburg utilised Kenny's and other people's personalities to help create the personality of SpongeBob.[10]

Stephen Hillenburg, the creator of "SpongeBob SquarePants," had several fears, including concerns about the sustainability of his show's popularity and the potential for it to be misunderstood or misrepresented. He was also apprehensive about how his work would be received by audiences and critics, especially given the show's unique humor and animation style. Additionally, Hillenburg feared the impact of commercialization on the integrity of his creation, wanting to maintain its artistic vision amid growing merchandising pressures. Ultimately, his passion for storytelling and animation drove him to overcome these fears and create a beloved series.
That depends on the game.
