Dirty water typically goes to wastewater treatment plants, where it undergoes various treatment processes to remove contaminants before being released back into the environment (such as rivers or oceans). Properly treated dirty water can then be reused or returned to the natural water cycle.

The water that you use for toilet water also comes in to rivers (sometimes) Many people think river water is dirty, well it is because toilet water is dangerous to use and sometimes carryed into the sea and makes the water dirty. (on the loo when you to your private it will go through the pipe into the ground and then finally go into the river leading to the sea) Then people go on holiday swim in the sea and sometimes do a pee.
