Well, there were only so many places Hades could send them; Fields of Punishment (For REALLY BAD people!), Fields of Asphodel (For average people), and Elysium(Where really good souls go). However, in Elysium, souls could choose for rebirth! And if they get to Elysium 3 times (Choosing rebirth three times), Souls were sent to the 'Isle of the Blest' (Where all overacheivers go, but, thats only because they survived the Judgement Pavilion and went to Elysium!)

So basically, Elysium, then if they're REALLY GOOD, they get to the Isle of the Blest.
