god the one`and only holy spirit
Nobody governs Islam except God himself. He sent His message by way of His prophets. But there are no prophets living on Earth anymore, so for guidance we read the Book that God sent down, complete with instructions on how to live our lives: the Qur'an.
In Islam, Prophets (anbiyaa) were people who were contacted by the Divine and given instructions to guide people in/to the faith which already existed. For example many anbiyaa were sent to the Israelites after Moses to guide them upon the straight path and to help the follow the laws and tecahings of the Torah and the religion of Moses. Messengers (Rusul) were also prophets, but they were different in that they were given new scriptures and new laws such as Moses was given the Torah, Jesus was given the Gospel, Muhammad was given the Quran etc. All Anbiya were prophets, but not all prophets were ambiya.
All prophets after Jonah are classical Prophets
The meaning of exile prophets means prophets who worked while in exile like daniel, post exile prophets are prophets just before a exile came like Jeremiah.
There are about 1,000 prophets in the Bible, including 450 prophets of Baal and 400 prophets of the sacred pole. (1 Kings 18:18, 19)
In Islam, wahi is the divine revelation sent by Allah to His prophets. It is significant because it serves as a means of communication between Allah and His chosen messengers, providing them with guidance, laws, and wisdom to share with their followers. Wahi plays a crucial role in conveying Allah's messages and instructions to humanity through the prophets, ensuring the preservation and dissemination of religious teachings.
