If by super tornado you mean an F6 tornado, then no, as such a rating is not and never will be used. A 2004 documentary used ther term supertwister to apply to F4 and F5 tornadoes, of which over a thousand have been recorded since 1900. More of these will inevitably occur. Some tornadoes, such as the Jarrell tornado of 1997 have cause particularly extreme damage. If such tornadoes have happened before, then it is inevitable that they will happen again.
