After you beat it (no way ursula can be called 'her') the first time in the cave, you go to the place with the strong current and use your super swim ability to swim against it. You will find a cave to the right. There is ursula again, and it gets really big. After you beat mega-ursula you are done and you go back to Triton (is that what he's called?) and you will be able to seal the keyhole (or does beating ursula trigger the cutscene automatically?). After that you are done there, unless you want to get all the items in Aquatown (aqua is Latin for water). Basically, ursula is the last boss in the sea.
