Contact your service provider ! If you have proof you've reported the theft to the police - you SHOULD get a free replacement. HOWEVER - the phone company is not forced to give you a free replacement handset ! If they consider you were negligent in 'losing' your phone - they WILL charge you for a new one !

∙ 12y agoIf you haven't checked with your cell phone plan's carrier yet, do that. They often have replacement phones of older models that are refurbished for lower prices. Otherwise, online auctions like eBay will offer the greatest selection, and therefore the greatest chance that you'll find your cell phone's original model for replacement.
