sorry but you have fill out a claim card and send to moneygram they will charge you 15.00 so if you don't send it with the claim card they will deduct from moneyorder when processed call the 800 # on the money order slip for complete instructions

You can call the customer service number @ 1-800-542-3590. If you think the money order has been lost or stolen, you will have to go to their website @ www.moneygram.com . You can download a claim card on their website and print it out, but it will cost you a $12.00 processing fee and up to 30 days to process it. A claim card is REQUIRED to process a lost or stolen money order.If you need to confirm that a money order has been cashed, you can get copies of the front and back of the money order showing who cashed it. It will cost $15 per money order, and will take 30-60 days. If you need to expedite it, you can pay $24 per money order.I think what you are really asking is when can you cash it. The answer is when Moneygram gets around to entering the transaction into their system.
