In your own neighborhood, your school, or an organization that you may belong to. Meet different people, talk to new people, find out what they like. That's how you get to know who may be suitable for a date. When you have found someone you feel is suitable, you ask him/her for a date. Keep in mind that the person who asks for the date is expected to pay for the date, so keep an initial date simple like going for a soda or a coffee. If your first efforts asking for a date are not successful, don't give up. Keep talking to a variety of people and sooner or later you will find someone suitable who will accept an invitation for a date.
