Atheists do not necessarily think the same, the only requirement is that the atheist idoes not see there any need or proof of god in the Universe. Many atheists might feel that these arts come from gifted people of course. They don't believe that God or any deity put it there but that it's something we are born with or can be practiced to be good with. Some people have an ear for music and others do not etc. Often it is hereditary.
