Bands can play in different bars and night-clubs. You also find them at large city-wide events like some marathons (example: PF Changs rock'n'roll marathon), new years celebrations, Independence Day celebrations, and other events. You also find them at some casinos who allow some entertainment for guests. Other places would be theater stages and even some still play in garages or street corners.
