First off you don't "find and catch" mice to keep as pets, if you did happen to capture a wild one there is a high risk of biting, rabies, and fleas. If you want a pet mouse (although I would suggest a rat because they are much easier to handle and are more friendly) you need to go to a pet store. The animals at most pet stores are typically more healthy and friendly than a wild one, not to mention more safe and have a much longer life expectancy (wild mouse 1/2 -1 year, pet store 1-2 1/2 years.
to catch good mice.
Wild mice can be found in various outdoor habitats such as fields, forests, and meadows. To catch one, you can set up a humane live trap with bait such as nuts or seeds. Once caught, handle the mouse gently and make sure to provide it with a suitable cage, food, and water to keep it as a pet.
No they will probably die
Many people, especially children, keep mice as pets.
Make sure the mouse isn't a mother. If you capture it, it's babies will die most likely in your house. Whatever you do, don't keep it as a pet. If you like mice, get a couple female mice at a pet store, and give them a big cage with a wheel, and place to sleep.

Catch it, take it home and keep it in the dark for 7 days. Presto, you have a new pet.
It depends how old they are. You can sell them for pet food on craigslist. Or keep them for pets they make very cute pets.
Only feeder mice, but if you really wanted to you could keep a 3 week old feeder mouse as a pet
It is definitely not suggested that you keep them, because many carry a multitude of diseases. Make sure to wash your hands if you touch them, and be careful not to be bitten. I recommend that you either take it somewhere away from houses to release it, or call a professional.
Yes, separate that mouse from the others immediately. It could be mites, or something worse. Chance are it is fatal and your other mice will catch it.
