There are many bulk importers of small breeds of dogs including Maltese into Dubai from all over the world. However, i found that Pets Habitat LLc in Barsha is the only one that claims that they bring 'only home raised' puppies with certification that the puppies are free from heart murmur, eye issues, luxating patellas / loose knee problems, cleft pallets or any such serious health issue. Their price is not very low. Around 10,000 but i do know of friends who vouch for their claims to be absolutely true and they provide written detailed vet reports from leading vets of UAE. For example, a loose knee correction surgery in Dubai can set you back by AED 4-5000 if not detected early. If you are concerned about the origin and health status of the pup then i believe Pets Habitat is the best place to buy a small breed puppy in Dubai..
