He wants you to get beans and rice from Barret on Tail Isle (buy for $200) and spices from Rika on Spice Isle. You'll need to bribe her, and Stinky Breeches will give you a pair of Jewel-Encrusted Scissors. Lastly, he'll need vegetables from Candide (buy for $200). Ask him for travel expenses and he'll give you a diamond. Return when you have all the ingredients. Next, he'll need a pot. Get the 10 pearl bonus from him as well. Talk to Pillan and he suggests you talk to Augie. Talking to Augie will start another quest. Finish his quest and he will give you the pot. Return to Stinky Breeches with the pot.Reward: 4 Diamond Necklaces, 2 Emerald Necklaces
