Yes, two Malefic monsters can attack on the same turn, but this is a rare situation considering all Malefic monsters state, There can only be 1 face-up "Malefic" monster on the field, and a couple also say, Other monsters you control cannot declare an attack.However, if you were to somehow attack with one Malefic monster, remove it from the field, and summon another one, the second Malefic monster will be able to attack.
Malefic Paradox is a Movie promo card for Yugioh 3D: Bonds Beyond Time (pretty good movie, i think lol) along with the majority of the other malefic cards, the only malefics that i have seen that dont just come with the Movie are Malefic Stardust, and Malefic Truth Dragons. i know this cause the set abbreviation on the card under the bottom-right corner says YMP1-ENXXX for the movie cards, YMP1-EN007 for Malefic Paradox Dragon specifically I also have a legit Malefic deck (with a few proxies, but im working on those) that is very fun to duel with
