∙ 9y agoThe only mammals that lay eggs are the monotremes. The only monotremes are the platypus and the echidnas, also called spiny anteaters. Platypus lays its eggs in a burrow. After laying an egg, the echidna puts its egg in a pouch and carries the egg with it.
