Yes, you can be allergic to vodka. Different people can have different reactions to different foods and drinks. If people are allergic to wheat, vodka can cause a reaction.

The better the Vodka the less odor it will have. Unless it is a flavored Vodka it should have no distinctive odors. Lower quality, poorly distilled Vodka can have a slightly "clean" alcohol smell but then again you don't want people drunk by breathing...
