In the wild, movies, zoos, Yellowstone park, and other wildlife preserves
Native people such as Inuit people usually don't kill wolves. They see wolves as teachers on how to hunt.
Imprinting is what they see they first object, I believe Wolves do not do that. Therefore, no.
No. People are people and wolves are wolves, i thought this was pretty clear
They sleep mainly during the day and hunt for animals at night while they're sleeping.
Of course NOT. People portray them as "big bad wolves", though they aren't really "harmful". People kill thousands of wolves, when wolves have only attacked around 10 people in 20 YEARS. They are scared of humans more than we are scared of them. They only attack if they have pups and you are trying to get close to them or if you are trying to kill it with your hands. Actually, I recommend reading a book called "Living With Wolves". There are these people who started to study wolves and the wolves bonded with them. The wolves even let them see the pups. It has a lot of great pics too.
As you might see, wolves are not liked by some people, mostly because they steal livestock. Then they made up stories about them, like Little Red Riding Hood. Some people didn't like wolves because of that. Personally, I love timber wolves. They're my favorite kind of animal. I agree that wolves are great animals
There were wolves in 1995 and there are still wolves.
Black and white are what most people think that dogs see, but in fact they see more of a blue-green color. This is because wolves see in this color and because dogs are a descendent of wolves . The reason wolves and dogs see in this color is because when wolves hunt is in the morning and that makes it easier to see in the low light.
Arctic wolves population is affected because people think they are either going to hurt them or kill them so the humans kill the wolves. But the part we dont understand is that wolves are similar to humans. For an example: We put are names on our stuff to tell people it is theres well wolves mark there territory for the same reason. So see wolves are simialer but wolves express differently than humans.
Chinese and mongolian people are the two main people that eat wolves.
People think that wolves are harmful to people. But the truth is that there is much more people who kill wolves. I don't think people should kill wolves because they don't like killing people and that they have to if people threatens them.
Wolves sometimes urinate on their territory which is something people see dogs too. Wolves also paw the the ground where they have marked their territory to secure their territory. When wolves smell the urine, they know the territory has been taken. Wolves also use sound to signify they have marked terriotry. They growl at other wolves as a warning to stay away. They are sometimes very protective.
