But Accel 3 won't be as bad as you think, just because it's for the PSP. This isn't Ultimate Ninja Heroes, this is Accel. The Ultimate Ninja Heroes series was based on Ultimate Ninja 2, so it wasn't very good, and the Japanese version(Narutimate Portable) was actually pretty good.
