Suggestion 2 considers catching a shiny, and trading it to either a friend, but be warned, because shinies get pokevirus more often, leading to getting more exp way faster, i got a shiny dialga, and it is already level 100, and from only a month ago,so anyway, either go slowly over wifi to get dialga if you have seen it before, or catch it.
