you have to go to the end of the victory road to the Pokemon league. there should be another opening on the side all the way to the right. exit there and go through the path. u will have to battle some trainers along the pathway. go to the desert-ish place with the rock. oak will be there. talk to him. you have to talk to the rock. =P do all the things u need to do. then everything will turn into flowers an a path will open. go along the path(it will take awhile so use a bike) to the middle of the island at the end of the path. the Pokemon shayamin will be there.
