I've gotten a 3x3 white cube and a 4x4 rubiks cube from here. Its very fast. For a 2x2 cube, its 4.75 points and each survey is around 0.5-2 points. So you can get it in no time. Just use that link and sign up and start answering surveys.
No. Unless you buy the electronic rubiks cube called rubiks revolution. It has different games.

1728 = 2 x 864 = 2x2 x 432 = 2x2x2 x 216 = 2x2x2 x 2 x 108 = 2x2x2 x 2x2 x 54 = 2x2x2 x 2x2x2 x 27 = 2x2x2 x 2x2x2 x 3 x 9 = 2x2x2 x 2x2x2 x 3x3x3 = 2x2x3 x 2x2x3 x 2x2x3 = 12 x 12 x 12 cube root = 12
That depends on what you expect from the cube, like speed, stability etc. If you want a fast cube that is capable to cut corners very well, I'd suggest either a type AV or an F-II. Also the ShengShou and the Dayan ones are awesome. You can buy those cubes at Lightake, which is a popular and trusted speedcubing store or Amazon. Check the link below.
