LUCARIO Actually, I would have to say Gengar. Because of it's inability to be hit by a normal type, and that it is perfect pokemon try and capture a wild. I have one, and use it as my 'capture pokemon' it has two moves that do damage, and two others, one that makes it unable to retreat, and another to make it sleep. Also, if you let it learn all attack moves, you'll find that it will be extremely handy in battle. But that's just me and my opinion. :D
