Ahhh...Suicune. Well I hope you are up for a chase. First you need to meet Eusine and he will follow you as he is also tracking Suicune. 1st he will be in the north of Cinawood City, then he will escape. You will shortly find it outside the entrance of Mt. Mortar in Route 42. Then it will leave Johnto and go to Kanto, where you will find it in Vermillion City. Then he'll go to Route 14. Then he will escape for the LAST time to be found outside of Bill's house in Route 25 after Misty has returned back to her gym. This is where you will battle Suicune. If you do NOT defeat it here, then it will be at Burnt Tower after you defeat the Elite Four.

∙ 10y agoanywhere after the elite four. just go into the wild of a route with max repel but use somone under lv 50. just leave the route and go back into it.
ps i always go to route 2 its easy there becuz you can go into the house thingy and then back out it still counts as leaving.
Its easy but you can only catch him in the wild if you chose Charmander as your starter after you beat the elite 4 on of the dogs (entiee,suicine,or the raikou one) will be in the wild anywhere not on thee 9 islands or mirage island ---- Squirtle- Raikou Bulbasaur- Entei Charmander- Suicune

∙ 14y agoSuicune, along with Raikou and Entei, can be found in any grass patch in the game. For your first encounter you will see them on the overworld, but they will run away from you. After that you will be able to find them in grass patches randomly. After your first battle (second encounter) with them you will be able to track them with your pokedex.

∙ 8y ago1. After you defeat Pryce and receive the Glacier Badge (7th) in Mahogany Town, go back to Goldenrod City. Team Rocket has taken over the radio tower. Although this is not a necessary part of the 'adventure' (you can just go straight on to the 8th badge), it is necessary if you want to capture Suicune.
2. Defeat all of the rockets. Once the normal workers return to their rightful place, go to the third floor and go to the corridor to the right. Go up until you see the stairs. Go up them and continue until you get to the top floor.
3. There will be a radio station. Talk to the man and you will receive a Clear Bell.
4. Go back to Ecruteak City with the Clear Bell. Go into the building right next to the lake and talk to the monk. You will ring the bell for him and he will let you through.
5. Once you go up the stairs, you will find three monks who want to battle you to see if you are worthy to see Suicune.
Monk 1 has a lvl. 32 Noctowl and a lvl. 32 Flareon.
Monk 2 has a lvl. 32 Noctowl and a lvl. 32 Vaporeon.
Monk 3 has a lvl. 32 Noctowl and a lvl. 32 Jolteon.
6. That was the last obstacle - next is Suicune. Make sure your bags are full of Ultra Balls and Great Balls, but Pokeballs work too if you've weakened him enough (I've caught him a few times with a Pokeball). Make sure you have a Pokemon with sleep, and go up to the building: DO NOT ENTER YET. If you enter, you might as well switch it off now. SAVE YOUR GAME before you go in. This way, if you accidentally K.O. him, you can switch it off and try again. There is a big chance you will not be able to catch him on the first try, but keep trying and eventually you'll catch him!
